(Senior) Digital and Multi-Channel Engagement Manager – Abbott Pharmaceutical

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Main purpose of roles:**
+ This role is designed as a center of excellence to collaborate with stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Medical and provide them guidance on executional excellence of multiple workstreams including digitally-driven marketing (above the line and below the line media) and multi-channel engagement to ultimately drive meaningful interaction and engagement with Healthcare Professionals and patients. This is a B2B and B2C role.
+ The job holder is expected to possess combination of strategic level with insightful understanding of brand plan and ability to translate this understanding into precise execution
**2. Main responsibilities:**
Multichannel Engagement (MCE): 40%
+ Lead multi-channel HCP marketing strategy/actions plan and launch new tools and transformation programs to ensure growth of customer interactions.
+ Ensure global MCE framework is adapted. Build tracking, analysis and insights to improve MCE. Working closely with cross-functional teams and regional teams to ensure action plans are well implemented
+ Deploy key global program in beyond-the-pill service (a:care). Ensure country key objectives regarding KPIs are met, platforms developed, analysis, content implemented.
Digital Marketing (Consumer/Patient): 40%
+ Develop digital performance strategies aligned to Brand Plan
+ Drive consumer integration communication strategies for key consumer brands. Ensure consumer brands digital assets and Abbott branding identity.
+ Implement external communications project as assigned by line manager.
+ Monitor execution and implementation of the brand plans. Drive best practice across brands. Ensure analysis, reporting, alignment with cross-functional and regional/global teams
+ Drive improved processes for greater business impact and efficiency of spend
+ Drive culture and practice of campaign optimization and campaign performance management
Event Management: 20%
+ Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Medical for full year event plan
+ Provide proper planning, risk management and revise event planning calendar on quarterly basis
+ Allocate resources, collaborate with relevant functions/stakeholders for event execution as per plan, budget while strictly follow standard process, way of working, executional guidelines of office of ethic and compliance (OEC)
**MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
**Work Experience** :
+ Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in performance Digital Marketing/Brand management in a regulated industry (healthcare or pharma preferred, but not required)
+ Experience in digital transformation of sales and marketing
+ Experience as people leader, with at least more than 3 direct reports people management
**Professional Skill:**
+ Strong digital knowledge with high business sense to drive for results.
+ Strong change management skills
+ Ability to adapt MCE/Digital knowledge into different categories with regulatory barriers and build a selective but highly impactful mix.
+ Proven success in brand building; brand strategy; consumer integrated marketing communications
+ Ability to lead, convince, change and inspire field-force for implementation of marketing programs
+ Strong collaboration with key internal functions in development and tracking implementation of marketing programs (field-force leadership, Area Mkt., MA, RA, GA, Training, Comex)
+ Exceptional speaking/written communications skills
+ Strong project management and reporting/insights sharing skills

+ Able to utilize MS computer programs such as notes, excel and PowerPoint to compile, build, analyses and consolidate data.
**MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED**
+ University/ Post University degree in Business or Marketing
+ MBA is strongly preferred.
