The Senior Digital Channel Specialist, Chatbot Experience Role
Are you ready to revolutionize customer support with cutting-edge chatbot experiences? As a Senior Digital Channel Specialist focused on chatbot innovation, you’ll design and optimize AI-driven, human-like interactions that empower users to solve problems independently. This role combines technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and data-driven strategies to deliver intuitive self-service solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate across teams to shape and refine chatbot functionality, ensuring it evolves alongside Qlik’s innovative product ecosystem.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
Design and refine chatbot conversations that simulate proactive, human-like guidance, enabling customers to resolve issues effortlessly.Partner with development teams to implement and deploy tailored chatbots that seamlessly integrate with backend systems and workflows.Use data-driven insights to identify conversation gaps, optimize chatbot responses, and enhance problem-solving capabilities.Collaborate with product, UX, and analytics teams to ensure chatbots align with product updates, new features, and evolving customer needs.Continuously monitor performance metrics like resolution rates, conversation length, and user sentiment, driving iterative improvements to maximize satisfaction.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
Experience: 5+ years in digital support or customer experience, with hands-on expertise in AI-driven chatbots and conversational AI frameworks.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with NLP platforms, AI/ML concepts, and integration protocols for adaptive dialogs. Experience with tools like ChatGPT and Jasper is a plus.Data Literacy: Strong skills in interpreting analytics to inform chatbot performance and strategic enhancements.Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of social media, email marketing, and content distribution strategies.Agility: Comfortable with rapid experimentation, iterative improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.Cultural Fit: Passion for Qlik’s mission of simplifying data and empowering users, with a drive to deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.
