With building brand awareness and growing consumer love at the heart of what you do, whilst considering principles and practices, channels and focus across digital marketing touch points to ensure D2C is prioritized as a number one client in everything you do.
Working collaborative across various marketing and e-comm channels, your role will be pivotal in driving brand and commercial growth across the region as well as driving qualified new and existing customer to .com and implementing impactful and market leading media campaigns and projects for Saucony EMEA across multiple markets.
From defining the digital marketing plans, by market based on competitive commercial targets, to working with the brand marketing teams and defining the roadmap. Primarily focused on performance marketing that are appropriate to drive the brands but also to support wider brand campaigns.Define and implement the brands media and digital strategy across EMEA Considering principles and practices, channels and focus across digital marketingSpearhead and own a strategy and roadmap for digital marketing campaigns including Search (PPC and offline SEO as well as guide wider ecommerce team on onsite SEO), affiliate marketing, display prospecting & retargeting, social prospecting and retargeting that drives efficient growthLead analysis and forecasting disciplines to determine marketing budget allocation across various marketing programs and campaigns via strong revenue attribution, customer valuation, and strategic analysis in strong partnership with business finance partnersManaging multiple agencies as well as working with multiple brand agencies, own and oversee a strong commercial process across teamsIdentify the best agencies and partners to work with for each task, be proactive in running own business function; work collaboratively with and influence other teams within the business, both global and regionLead and seek out new digital marketing opportunities to build successful acquisition programs, and gain adoption and alignment across larger eCommerce and brand marketing teams. Also aligning with brand marketing team counterparts to drive overall awareness and product consideration along with ecommerce key performance indicatorsManage ecommerce digital marketing team, driving digital expertise, best practices, and strong collaboration with cross brand marketing channelsLead new partner, vendor and tool selection while providing ideas and feedback on the overall eCommerce business roadmapPartner with ecommerce teams tasked with delivering financial results for specific brands and coordinate seasonal messaging and achieve planned resultsBe a digital creative brand guardian for all paid media activity by keeping close to industry and competitor leading trends and digital media creative concepts and ensuring close collaboration Saucony creative team.Partner with brand and marketing channel leads (social, creative, events, trade, community) to provide support and/or consultation on digital initiatives to augment brand awarenessPerform duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policiesPerform other duties as required/assigned by manager
