The Digital Health Team in Danone is part of the Medical & Nutrition Science team located in DLab Singapore. We develop digital health initiatives for Danone to impact health globally and locally and contribute to value creation for people/patients and business via digital technologies.

 

You will lead key Global digital health programs designed to bring added value to our Danone nutrition product portfolio.

 

Responsibilities include:

Lead ideation sessions with CBUs/Global R&I and medical teams to understand consumer / patients / HCPs pain points and brands challenges to select valuable and relevant digital health concepts/solutions to drive our businessProgram strategy, KPIs setting, timelines, budget, project quality, Impact monitoringSupport Digital Health solutions activations and monitoring in key countriesPartnering with external stakeholders/vendors for program and technology implementationEngage both global (central corporate functions incl marketing, medical, science, IS/IT, legal, patent etc.) and local (countries) stakeholders across several business functions

You will combine a technical approach (such as phasing and structuring of the project, target setting in terms of time, money and specifications) with a more social approach (leading and organizing people, enable fast decision making and delivery, internal/external stakeholder management)

 

To be successful in this role, you will need…

 

The following technical skills and experience:

At least 5 years of experience as an innovation project manager, with proven track record in leading complex projects involving cross-functional teamsStrong record in digital health project managementPrevious experience in digital technologies development or activationSkills in user experience and consumer value journey definitionExperience in translating business challenge into relevant innovations for patients, consumers or healthcare professionalsPrevious experience in marketing or business development roles is a plusPrevious roles in Healthcare and/or knowledge about Gut health science is a plus
