YOUR MAIN FOCUS:

 

Under the management of the Digital and IM/PR Director the Digital Senior Project Manager will:

 

Propose and execute the international digital marketing strategy for LANCASTER MONACO, focusing on Europe as a business development priority, and declined to WW Expansion. Design & manage brand communication POE guidelines to ensure consistency between content & experience on all channels. Lead the partnership with IM/PR teams as well as media team to deliver strong digital communication guidelines Management of one Digital Project Manager Apprentice

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES :

 

Social Media Manage European conversational calendar across all social media channels in Europe (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Tik Tok, etc.) in close collaboration with the IM team Build and execute global and local paid campaigns in close collaboration with Global Media team Create best in class toolkits, ensuring budget sufficiency and support markets for local needs Analyze the trends, insights, markets feedback to identify any relevant new opportunity for the brand Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand

 

 

 Content production Define content planning strategy for the brand in close collaboration with marketing, IM and multifunctional teams, in priority for Europe Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand Coordinate content production with the Studio or partner agencies (i.e pitch, agency management, coordination with all the external or internal stakeholders) including Creative/assets and timeline definition per platform Production and post-production follow up Guidance for assets usage Deployment deck

 

Digital amplification Define any relevant digital experience for the brand across all initiatives (offline and online) in both China and Europe Build a strong & efficient seamless consumer experience Analyze the trends to identify innovation that could be used for consumer experience Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand

 

 

eCommerce acceleration – in partnership with the Digital Junior Content Manager Establish and implement the road map for the brand in close collaboration with Global/Local eCommerce teams, European market ecosystem especially. Overlook eCommerce toolbox strategy for the brand across all initiatives Develop additional eRetailer relevant content or experience Improve permanent visibility on all eRetailer touchpoints via toolboxes/guidelines creation and continuous eRetailer audits

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

As an experienced Digital Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment, with a team who is passionate about the work they do. Other than that, you:

 

Have a master’s degree in digital marketing, Communication or Related Field, but self-made experiences and professional paths are also interesting Have 6/7 years of experience in Digital Marketing

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

 

Strategic- Planning, digital platforms, innovation, problem analysis Attractivity for the skincare and luxury industry is mandatory Business- Work-flow structuring, monitoring, account administration, automated office systems, multi-tasking, analytical, quantitative, organizational, detail-oriented, time management Creativity and Innovation- Creativity, Digital savvy, originality, intuition Leadership and Personal- communication, objectivity, integrity, dependability, initiative, flexibility, sensitivity, impact, tenacity, autonomy, collaboration Fluent in English
