The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing / Communications Manager to create and oversee our marketing execution strategy across brands and channels while ensuring continued always-on optimization of our marketing programs. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and leading marketing strategy for our organization. Will have demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing across multiple channels (social, search, email, media, etc.) developing, leading, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple B2B brands, across digital marketing channels.
This position requires a quick-paced, strategic thinker who can collaborate masterfully with brand/product marketing teams, and leadership to drive our initiatives. If you are this person and you’re passionate about leveraging digital channels to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth, this role is for you. The candidate is easy to do business with, agile, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet goals, and work with multiple stakeholders. This person is a subject matter expert providing best practices for campaign journeys, managing the development and implementation of campaigns and overarching changes to improve campaign results, and thinks creatively to solve problems. The ideal candidate also enjoys constantly looking for ways to improve the process and their skills.
What You’ll Do
Lead strategy and plans for strategic cross-organizational brand initiatives
This Senior Manager plays a crucial role in maximizing the return on investment from the company’s marketing efforts and owning the strategy to continuously optimize and run marketing activities to engage with customers 24/7, rather than relying on intermittent campaigns.
Strategizes, develops, coordinates and manages digital marketing programs and campaigns across multiple brands/solutions, channels, and diverse platforms with the purpose of increasing sales, driving brand awareness and increasing customer engagement.
The individual will not be executing the programs in the various channels, however, must have proven experience leveraging email, paid and organic display, mobile, social media, search and more to ensure a comprehensive and effective digital mix.
Identifying, developing and partnering with the channel marketers to implement always on optimization strategies to optimize the performance of each marketing channel, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Cross Channel Analysis: Strong analytical skills. Conducting comprehensive reviews of all marketing programs, journeys, and channels to identify areas of opportunity and potential growth. Review customer behavior and digital metrics. Identifies areas of opportunity to improve customer experience and align full funnel programs across brands/solutions. Explores, innovates, and develops digital audience insights to drive always on optimization, and new customer acquisition and engagement opportunities.
Works with brands online to support campaigns utilizing deep digital media expertise and awareness. Ensure alignment and integration of digital with other marketing efforts.
Lead the ownership of creation of an audience governance strategy (contact frequency management). This involves setting rules and guidelines for how often and when to send messages to different segments of our audience to avoid over-communication and ensure optimal customer experience and engagement. Gain buy in to the strategy and help lead the implementation of that strategy, partnering with various team members. Oversee and measure effectiveness as part of the always on optimization approaches. Data / Analytics provides the data to make the contact frequency. Create regular reporting on the optimizations in play and the outcomes of optimization efforts, communicating and providing insights into channel performance, and making data-driven recommendations for future strategies across marketing key stakeholders (weekly, monthly)
Partner with Analytics to design wireframes for reporting benchmarks, and optimization needs
Lead the Always on optimization process and meetings.
Responsible for leading a team of project managers across our organization.
Facilitates lead handovers by coordinating efforts between marketing and sales teams.

Who You Are/Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing and communications roles across multiple brands/solutions and in a large matrixed enterprise organization. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years’ experience in a related field with no degree.
B2B marketing is a must.
Strong business acumen; understand the business, industry, competitors, and business models.
Aligns marketing goals with overall business objectives.
Proven strategic capacity / mindset and strong leadership skills at their core.
Balances creativity and analytical thinking.
Must possess critical thinking skills, the ability to review reporting and make insightful, well-reasoned, data-based recommendations to internal customers on optimization and improvements of systems, integrations, and processes.
Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
Strong organizational skills and Project Management, Verbal, and Written Communication: Flexible & adaptable with the ability to work under pressure, to juggle multiple projects and requests, and to meet deadlines with close attention to detail and minimal guidance.
Proficient at managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and resources requires effective project management skills.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee and manage cross-functional teams working on digital initiatives.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Communicates marketing strategies and able to explain complex ideas to laypeople.
Ensures flawless execution of campaigns.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Know your way around a dashboard (DOMO, Power BI, and Tableau). Use data to drive decisions. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
Deep experience with Monday.com or like system.
Expert level Microsoft suite – MS PowerPoint, MS Excel skills.
