About the Opportunity

Our Managed Mobility Services (MMS) business seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our staff. This role focuses on creating and executing B2B-focused strategies that generate high-quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Managed Mobility Services (MMS) ecosystem, B2B buyer journeys, enterprise sales cycles, and digital marketing tools.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

Demand Generation:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Managed Mobility Services to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and acquire new customers.Plan, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, and display advertising.Create, run, and manage email campaigns to targeted accounts via HubSpot’s email campaign engine.Build and manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer's journey and drive them toward conversion. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) AdvertisingSet up and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads marketing campaigns.Conduct keyword research and analysis for effective targeting and optimal impact.Work with internal teams to build compelling ads and effective workflows.Continuously monitor PPC campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI. Web Analytics:Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and HubSpot, etc.Report on ROI and KPIs, offering actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.Proactively monitor performance and engagement across the corporate website and web assets.Website ManagementManage content and functional updates for the corporate website and WordPress CMS backend.Manage content, assets, and workflows on HubSpot CRM.Collaborate with the web and design teams, as well as agency partners, to ensure seamless functioning and updates to the website. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for the MMS Keyword universe.Proactively conduct SEO audits and marketing research for optimization opportunities.Collaborate with content and sales teams to build SEO-friendly content assets.Team Leadership and Collaboration:Collaborate closely with content, creative, and external agencies for campaign execution.Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with business goals.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to maximize efficiency and output. Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a managed mobility services company.Desirable: Certifications in web technologies, digital marketing platforms, and marketing and communications.

Required and Desired Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in web and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.Demonstrable experience in digital marketing tactics like SEO (on-page and off-page), content marketing, etc.Strong experience driving paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with demonstrated ROI.Working knowledge of managing CMS platforms like WordPress.Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; ability to think out of the box and develop creative solutions for day-to-day problems. Familiarity with sales intelligence tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and CallRail is an advantage.Experience with social media marketing and email marketing is desirable.Knowledge of multimedia and web technologies (Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML/CSS, etc.) is a plus.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with the agility to simultaneously contribute individually and as a team player.

Hours: 8am-5pm EST
