How You’ll Make an Impact

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will drive the development and ongoing optimization of all digital marketing campaigns across SOCi’s markets. In this role you will:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to create and capture demand through paid and organic digital channels, including paid search, display, paid social, retargeting, email marketing, etc.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives. Serve as the SME by establishing best practices and repeatable processes for launching digital campaigns.  Drive innovation and experimentation, including testing new channels, proposing process changes, and implementing automation, to optimize marketing performance.  Partner with SDR leadership to inspect and optimize lead follow up processes and nurtures. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and budgets.  Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance metrics, providing actionable insights and performance forecasts.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful customer acquisition strategies, preferably in B2B SaaS. Strong quantitative background, with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing strategy. Strategic thinker with an ability to assess data, industry trends, competitor GTM strategy, and company objectives to  develop thoughtful digital marketing strategies.  Passion and expertise in all things digital. Proven expertise in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) as well as CRM, MAP.
