Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Automation

C.H. Robinson’s Global Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated data-driven campaigns, including assets, segmentation, list management, qualification criteria, email, SMS (Short Message Service), push notifications, in-app messaging, form creation, testing, and tracking

Lead and execute digital campaigns that support business strategy, are structured according to best practices, and integrate with websites and other appropriate solutions

Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technology, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless execution

Implement segmentation and behavioral messaging based on customer preferences, buying behavior, past message performance, and company objectives

Develop and execute operational and continuous improvement tasks within the Braze platform

Monitor, track, and report on campaign results, focusing on performance metrics such as click-through rates, open rates, engagement, and A/B testing to maximize ROI and conversions. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay current with marketing technology best practices, industry standards, and compliance

Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned based on team and/or country-specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, and/or a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing automation and marketing technology

Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and international)

Preferred:

Proficient in using the Braze platform

Experience with Shopify Liquid language

Familiarity with administering a marketing automation platform

Advanced experience with Postman

Strong understanding of REST API syntax

Ability to create and execute complex SQL queries

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a global, diverse, and inclusive team environment

Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Range

$65,300.00 - $135,600.00
