Senior Marketing Specialist



As a Senior Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role\nin driving marketing automation and lead management initiatives. You will be\nresponsible for managing and optimizing the Marketing platform to support our\nmarketing campaigns and generate high-quality leads. Your expertise in Marketing will enable you to develop and execute effective marketing automation\nstrategies, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing tools and\nsystems. You will report directly to our Senior Marketing Operations &\nAnalytics Manager and work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid\nwork schedule.

In this role, you will impact our marketing operations by leveraging Marketo to\ndrive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer engagement. You will\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing\nautomation campaigns, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable\ninsights to optimize marketing strategies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and optimize the Marketo\nplatform to support marketing campaigns and lead generationDevelop and execute marketing\nautomation campaigns, including lead nurturing and customer engagement programsCollaborate with cross-functional\nteams to ensure seamless integration of Marketo with other marketing tools and\nsystemsAnalyze campaign performance and\nprovide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategiesStay updated with the latest trends\nand best practices in marketing automation and lead management

YOU\nMUST HAVE:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in\nmarketing automationStrong knowledge of Marketo platform\nand its capabilitiesProficiency in developing and\nexecuting marketing automation campaignsExperience in lead management and\nnurturing programsExcellent analytical and\nproblem-solving skillsStrong communication and\ncollaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing,\nBusiness, or a related fieldMarketo Certified Expert or similar\ncertificationExperience with CRM systems, such as\nSalesforceKnowledge of HTML and CSS for email\ntemplate customizationFamiliarity with marketing analytics\nand reporting toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced,\ndynamic environment
