Senior Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial\nrole in driving marketing automation and lead management initiatives. You will\nbe responsible for managing and optimizing the Marketing platform to support\nour marketing campaigns and generate high-quality leads. Your expertise in\nMarketing will enable you to develop and execute effective marketing automation\nstrategies, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing tools and\nsystems. You will report directly to our Senior Marketing Operations &\nAnalytics Manager and work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid\nwork schedule.

In this role, you will impact our marketing operations by leveraging Marketo to\ndrive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer engagement. You will\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing\nautomation campaigns, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable\ninsights to optimize marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage\n and optimize the Marketo platform to support marketing campaigns and lead\n generationDevelop\n and execute marketing automation campaigns, including lead nurturing and\n customer engagement programsCollaborate\n with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Marketo with\n other marketing tools and systemsAnalyze\n campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing\n strategiesStay\n updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation\n and lead management

YOU MUST HAVE:

Minimum\n of 5 years of experience in marketing automationStrong\n knowledge of Marketo platform and its capabilitiesProficiency\n in developing and executing marketing automation campaignsExperience\n in lead management and nurturing programsExcellent\n analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong\n communication and collaboration skills
