Senior Digital Partnership Manager

As a Digital Partnership Manager, you'll own an existing portfolio of partners, growing those partnerships while also securing new partnerships.

What you will be doingMaintain and develop relationships with enterprise ecommerce partners in the online digital sector, leverage these relationships to drive revenue generationBuild out partner ecosystem including system integrators and consultancies for key technology platform partnersWork closely with these partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, implement strategies to drive referrals, and ensure successful partnerships that benefit both partiesFocuses on initiatives including and not limited to partner management, partner identification and onboarding, referral generation, revenue growth, reporting and analysisEnsures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of partner accounts.Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships.Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management.Works toward mutual goals, strategies and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the partners to senior leaders.Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential partnershipsMonitors programs to assess the sales impact of offered solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the partnershipsMonitors competitor activity in partners and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.

What you bring:

Strong background in eCommerce payments preferably in the enterprise digital spaceHigh commercial acumen with experience in partner management, relationship management or enterprise salesAn existing network in the enterprise digital partner spaceExperience driving commercial opportunities leveraging existing digital partners and building out partner ecosystem in the digital verticalA focus on EMEA expansion but will drive global opportunities
