Job DescriptionThe Senior Digital Planner owns strategic planning and campaign execution for assigned clients. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring ability think and work independently with minimal supervision. This position is expected to deliver strategic plans for campaigns based from available data and tools then implement campaigns with the support of different Publicis Media teams.
The Senior Digital Planner will work closely with Digital Buyers for specific client requirements, providing expertise on strategy building, insighting, planning, reporting, and optimization while being guided by platform or industry best practices.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend, present, and contribute during client meetingsDevelop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional client serviceEffectively communicate digital strategies and rational for approaches for each campaignExecute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients while meeting or surpassing agreed upon performance expectationsManage the delivery of plans, creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for all campaignsPartner with support teams on how to strengthen campaign measurement for reporting and insights generationProvide regular insights and actionable points to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunitiesCoordinate and work with media partners to develop relevant strategies and ensure accurate platform implementationParticipate in campaign QA processTroubleshoot issues across planning and buying functionsHelp in the generation of monthly bill/pay/spend reporting in coordination with relevant functionsParticipate in regular knowledge sharing sessions to contribute and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performanceProactively formulates proposals for new client opportunitiesQualifications2-3 years of experience in a media agencyConversant with digital mediaStrong communication and presentation skills (written or oral)Strong understanding of media terminology & conceptsSense of commercial acumenAttention to detail and numeracyPossess rigor with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in mentoring and managing junior planners/executives
