The Digital Rep Solutions organization focuses on designing, building, and supporting exceptional experiences and platforms used by Charles Schwab representatives to establish, grow and solidify relationships with our clients. Through a combination of innovation, problem solving, research, design, and experimentation, we support the needs and ambitions of a wide range of internal stakeholders including sales, service, strategy, marketing, and technology.

The Senior Product Manager (individual contributor) role will be part of the Digital Rep Solutions, which consists of several development teams innovating on strategic rep enabling solutions in Salesforce, through a differentiated working model that is focused on speed, agility, and user experience.

At Schwab, Product/Program Managers help build and evolve industry leading products and platforms. In this role you will engage in the entire product lifecycle with ownership for defining, planning, delivering, and supporting new and existing features and capabilities. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with various stakeholders across business and technology and thrives on being the voice of the client. They fully own their backlogs, including defining roadmaps, releases, dependencies, and clearing blockers that might impact delivery or production performance. Most importantly, our ideal candidate is a team player that delivers quality, high-value products and has fun while doing it!

What you will do

Understand and articulate client pain points and define the right solutionsUtilize critical insights from Product Management research to develop value propositions and business casesPartner with user experience designers and technology peers to design and solution value-based productsBuild release plans and feature roadmaps aligned to strategic goals and organizational priorities while effectively managing stakeholder tradeoffsPartner with rep enablement teams to define training, pilot and rollout strategies best suited for your productManage key stakeholder relationships, including taking in new intake requests and enhancementsContinuously integrate feedback from metrics, clients, stakeholders and customers into recommendations for improving delivery and evolving our operating models and agile frameworks

Required Qualifications

Consulting and/or financial services industry experience Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs Lead the design and development of digital products with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and enhancing value propositionsExperience leading discussions and interacting with senior stakeholders, front line business partners (Sales, Service, etc.), user experience teams, and engineersCommitment to understanding and prioritizing customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences to user drive adoption A track record of successfully owning, planning, defining, and delivering an annual roadmapProven experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, Design Thinking practices, and strong knowledge Product Management principlesSuccessful history of partnering with key business and delivery stakeholdersStrong communication skills; from storytelling to simplifying complex technical topicsEffective relationship builder--ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise, cross-company and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality typesDemonstrated leadership skills, deep curiosity, and focused execution to drive strategic vision

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce and Financial Services experienceExperience with migrating from Sales Cloud to Financial Services Cloud Understanding of FSC data models and patternsUnderstanding of Salesforce and customer journeysCertifications a plus – Salesforce FSC Accredited Professional, Salesforce Certified Administrator
