We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Digital Product Manager who can roll up their sleeves and make an impact within our fast-growing digital experience ecosystem. This role will report to and partner closely with the Director, Web Experience & Tech to own the product vision, strategy and roadmap of Continuum, our Design System & UI Framework product that is the foundation for accelerating the design and delivery of 80+ external facing websites supporting the US Commercial business unit. These responsibilities include some of the following: Responsibilities: Product Roadmap Execution: Craft and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements, in alignment with business goals and user needs. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept through to launch and iteration. Work closely with engineering, UX, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of high-quality digital product releases. Serve as Go/No Go decision maker on product releases. Understand customer needs and pain points through research, user feedback, and data analysis. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements and features. Collaborate with internal and external teams, including marketing, creative agencies, and outsourced vendors, to ensure alignment on product goals and to drive product adoption. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries. Use analytics and metrics to measure product performance and user engagement. Continuously optimize the product based on data insights and user feedback. Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value. Manage the product backlog and ensure clarity and alignment on priorities. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and signoff of product deliverables from UX and Engineering teams. Develop communication material, value props and high-level strategic justification to help explain the why of the Continuum product to both internal and external stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital product management, design systems, web technology, and user experience. Apply this knowledge to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation. Why You? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Design, Marketing, or Business. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Front-end Developer, or UX Designer for external facing digital products. Experience creating, executing and evolving a digital product roadmap. Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and their integration into product development processes for enhanced inclusivity and compliance Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA or Aha! Experience with Figma design software Experience with web technologies such as REACT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Experience with UX/UI principles and best practices. Experience defining and tracking success metrics and using data tools for support analysis. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experienced in advocating for the needs of your customers and users, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with designing and/or building pharma HCP and consumer website experiences. Experience with enterprise, multi-brand design systems. Experience with modern design system platforms, such as Knapsack, Zero Height, or Supernova. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience with building digital products involving regulatory requirements, and adept at working with legal, compliance and regulatory teams towards shared outcomes. Experience working in a multi-vendor environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager. Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
