The Senior Digital Product Manager, Member Experience, is pivotal in shaping and executing the strategy for our Rewards & Challenges functionality, which is central to our strategic direction and growth. This role focuses on optimizing these features to enhance the healthcare experience for our members, while leading partnerships and platform integrations to support our Member Experience Vision.
Position Responsibilities:
Member Experience Rewards & Challenges Strategy (50%): Own and drive the digital product strategy for Rewards & Challenges.Member Experience Rewards & Challenges Execution (20%): Drive key delivery initiatives for Rewards & Challenges.Rewards and Challenges Health Platform Partner Management (10%): Manage relationships with existing partners and forge new strategic alliances.Member Experience Roadmap Planning and Prioritization (10%): Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and prioritize the member experience roadmap.Member Experience Integration and Development (10%): Lead the continuous development and integration of Member Experience capabilities and feature-sets.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital product strategy, platform development, or similar roles.University degree, preferably in STEM or business-related fields (MBA beneficial).Strong understanding of platform services, integrations, and architecture.Proven experience in scaling services and solutions.Confidence in delivering presentations to senior leadership.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills for simplifying complex technical issues.Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.High self-motivation with a sense of responsibility and accountability.Developed financial acumen and business orientation.Bonus: Experience with Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).When you join our team:
