We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Digital Product Manager

Business: Commercial Banking

Principal responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Scope, plan and manage projects across multiple jurisdictions/functionsGovernance - Manage the project governance and reporting ensuring that key governance mechanisms are in place and potential risks are identified and mitigated. Financial Management – ensuring costs are understood, reported and tracked to manage within defined budgets.Organisational Design – contributing towards the design and implementation of new processes including integration of digital capabilities into existing operational areas.Business Transformation Framework – completing all documentation defining the scope and outcomes, as well as tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) regarding the progress and delivery of projects. Providing updates to senior stakeholders as requested. BAU implementation – Support Commercialisation engagement with local business teams to launch products and ensure close down of projects; including migration to BAU in respective countries and central teams. Optimisation and Efficiency – in collaboration with Global CMB and Technology sub-functions, executing within the boundaries of other strategic initiatives such as cost streamlining, simplification and process re-engineering

To be successful in this role you should meet the following

Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Digital change, specifically Digital Payment experience development. Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Project Manager, Product Owner, Analyst, Consultant Strong understanding and past experience of Agile methodologies and collaborating closely with IT teams is essentialBusiness banking and CMB/GB experience is highly desirableExperience working in Global teams, within a multi-country /multi programme matrix environment is preferredExperience working in relevant market/context i.e. Desktop Internet, Mobile and Digital within Financial ServicesExperience of working with business analysts and UX designers to create an end to end customer journey Ability to present complex issues confidentially and concisely to senior management using simple language to accommodate globally distributed stakeholdersExcellent and demonstrable Stakeholder Management including IT /Risk/Legal/SteerCo forums/Interlocks into other programmes Planned projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities, using a variety of analysis and problem solving techniquesA successful track record of delivering complex projects, utilising appropriate techniques and tools to ensure and measure successA comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes
