Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $102,500.00 - $121,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to drive the decisioning, planning, execution and communication of the Digital Program and ensure the competitiveness of existing and evaluation of new products and systems within Commerce Trust (CT).  The Commerce Trust Digital Program covers complex, integrated, and enterprise reaching solutions and features.

Essential Functions

Partner with business line leaders to define, lead and influence the execution of CT Digital strategic business initiatives

Lead and influence strategic initiatives to ensure competitiveness of existing and evaluate new products, systems, and features

Independently create digital vision and timeline for implementation of identified features and deliverables

Create and confidently deliver the digital roadmap vision and status to senior leadership and front office teams

Make recommendations to business line leadership in concert with the strategic direction

Lead vendor analysis efforts and provide input to product marketing plans

Independently lead the relationship with vendors and other technology partners in the execution of the strategic plan

Prepare business cases for new products and drive prioritization of initiatives

Primary decision-maker for all teams participating in execution efforts

Primary consultant in the creation of product training and transition product support to the individuals responsible for the general day-to-day support of the product

Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Intermediate knowledge and understanding of product infrastructure and applicable legal and/or regulatory rules

Intermediate knowledge and experience of Product management

Intermediate knowledge and experience in Program management

Excellent relationship management skills

Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and identify and drive process improvements

Demonstrated ability to set goals, monitor and drive results

Demonstrated ability to autonomously work and lead multiple priority projects

Proven track record in coaching, mentoring, and training

Proven track record in building and leading projects of a wide variety of disciplines and backgrounds

Demonstrated strong business acumen and the ability to make timely and sound business decisions

Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail

Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required

5+ years product or program management or related experience required

2+ years experience with digital products and systems preferred

2+ years experience leading a cross-functional team preferred

Experience in finance or investment management industry preferred

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $102,500 to $121,000 annually.
