Customer SolutionsReporting to the Director, Digital Engagement, the Senior Digital Product Owner is responsible for working with the agile squad to maximize the value of the product. This role supports the design and delivery of new digital experiences for BMO GAM. The role requires a capable decision maker who works closely with business unit stakeholders and cross functional digital teams to develop innovative, end user solutions to meet the core goal of business needs.

Certified Scrum Product Owner training.8+ years of relevant financial experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior experience within banking, discount brokerage, investments or financial services is a requirement for this position.A high level of curiosity, comfort with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.Ability to translate strategy, market trends, and customer needs into requirements and integrated, deployable feature sets.A track record of building and deploying digital initiatives across mobile, tablet & desktop within the financial services industry.In-depth knowledge of digital technology user interfaces, UX design practices, usability testing and digital analytics.Experience leading Agile teams and/or working in cross-functional teams.In-depth experience in product strategy, and business case management.Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.Salary:
$92,400.00 - $171,600.00Pay Type:

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
