REQUIREMENTS

Overall 8+ years of IT experience3-5 years of related professional experience, analysing business, systems, and user processesStrong customer and user focus, relationship management and ability to collaborate across a matrix organization.3+ years of experience as a product owner3+ years of experience in managing requirements for Web Application development2+ years of experience with the Agile methodologyProduct Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance) - PreferredDemonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to ensure a team’s success.Domain expert in business applicationsStrong accountability planning/organization, and teamworkHighly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional, or potentially controversial situations.Previous experience with Agile methodologies and working with a cross-functional team.Effective communication and presentation skills, both oral and writtenFamiliarity with project management methodologiesExcellent oral and written communication skills
