Administrate Zeiss WeChat Official Accounts, WeChat Mini-Programs, WeCom to abide by Zeiss WeChat playbook, WeCom service handbookLearn and utilize the toolsets in WeCom/WeChat, write documents for WeChat/WeCom, including but not limited to announcements, user manual, instructions with detailed screenshots, surveysAnswer daily operation questions from employees about the WeCom functionaltiesInvite and organize trainings, workshops, activitiesGenerate/create usage analytics/operating reports of WeChat/WeCom based solutions and provide improvement advices/directionsTest new features in WeCom and collect use cases from different BUsMaintain/update the static content and pages in WeCom app for central functionsManage the admin/sub-admin permissions of different BUs based on requirements

Requirements / 要求

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor (or above) degree in (business) informatics or a similar disciplineAt least 1 year experience with WeCom, WeChat and Mini Program administration

Experience /经验

Professional experience in a similar position where you gathered strong experience in administration of WeChat Official Accounts, WeCom, and Mini ProgramsGood knowledge of Tencent product eco-system, WeChat, WeCom, WeChat Mini-Program, etc.Strong technical and logical thinking, good communication skills and collaboration abilityAble to work independently and as a team member

Other skills /其他技能

Professional, reliable working style “delivering to promise”Fluent in Chinese, English skills are a strong plus
