Job Summary:
Oversees the planning, organization and implementation of standard digital support projects. Works directly relates to the deployment of tools used by our support team for the Helios data environment. This position works with dealers to resolve data question issues through ServiceNow tickets.

Experienced with the tools, techniques and processes around API deployment, data mapping, data modeling, data governance standards, data integrity and data quality.Knowledge of data standards and policies; ability to utilize knowledge to manage organizational data policies, standards, and procedures.Proven ability to work independently managing projects, collaborating with leaders & stakeholders while providing solutions.Consideration for Top Candidates:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalentKnowledge of lead and opportunity management processesExperience working with PSE UniteKnowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and API integrationExperience managing product backlogs using tools like Azure DevOpsExperience with Agile process management is desired.Knowledge with Caterpillar functional areas, policies, and procedures desiredAdditional Details:
This position has the option to be based out of either our Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL offices with a flexible hybrid work environment.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
