In this role, you will:
Design and implement technical solutions for managing product content across multiple digital shelf platforms and retailer portals in collaboration with Content Solution Architect.Integrate Product Information Management (PIM) system, Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Syndication System (Salsify) and Content Management Systems (CMS) to streamline content flow in collaboration with Content Solution Architect.Manage data mapping and data quality checks to ensure accurate product inDevelop and maintain automated workflows to syndicate product content to various retailer websites and marketplaces in collaboration with Content Solution Architect.Monitor content accuracy and compliance with retailer and K-C guidelines. Implement data validation rules and error handling mechanisms to prevent data inconsistencies in collaboration with Data & Analytics Team.Leads with a deep understanding of the full digital shelf technology stacks across online retailers, marketplaces, and retailer websites, working with emerging and traditional technologies. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the digital experience. Ensure that all architectural designs comply with CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that architectural designs align with regulatory requirements. Stay current with industry trends in digital experience platforms and architecture, applying relevant advancements to improve solutions. Create and maintain architectural documentation, ensuring it accurately reflects the current state of systems. Provide guidance on selecting technologies and tools that support compliance and data protection. Lead technical initiatives related to digital shelf optimization and new feature development in collaboration with Content, Website and Data & Analytics team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, ecommerce, content, data & analytics) to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Manage features timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for digital shelf projects. Identify and resolve technical issues related to content syndication, data mapping, and platform integrations. Provide technical support to internal stakeholders on digital shelf related tools and processes. Analyze digital shelf performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize content delivery and product discoverability on the digital shelf.About Us

Who you are?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 9+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on digital platforms. +3-5 years hands on expertise with digital shelf platforms, retailer APIs and clean rooms.Strong understanding of e-commerce landscape and various online marketplaces +3-5 years expertise with PIM, DAM, and CMS systems like Aprimo, Stibo, Sitecore.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify, among others.Deep expertise and experience managing content in syndication platforms - Salsify and/or Syndigo.Deep knowledge of data privacy laws like CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and their architectural implications. Expertise in data management and integration technologies.Proven experience managing, setting up, and utilizing PII and clean room data, with a strong understanding of data utilization limitations and thresholds.Strong web technologies, frameworks, and best practices including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, and REST APIs. Programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, Java, .NET).Nice to have experience with A/B testing is a plus.Familiarity executing marketing campaigns, including the various stages and levels involved. Expertise in MACH architectural approaches Nice to have experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) architecture and GraphQL.Nice to have experience with deploying and utilizing Cloud ecosystems including Azure, or AWS is required Nice to have experience with SEO and tagging (analytics). In-depth experience working on an agile team adopting DevOps and CI/CD as well as scrum methodologies.
