We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us. 

As our Senior Digital Solution Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Analyze current business conditions, processes, procedures and future opportunities to identify the pain points and needs for digital solutions to speed up the business growth.Manage the development and implementation of digital solutions via coordinating departments or cross-functional teams to make sure the delivery of digital solutions.Overseeing the process from the start of the projects to final delivery, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring budgets/expenses, to ensure smooth project completion.Managing the training, maintenance, and upgrading of digital solutions according to rolling business needs.Support superior on overall digital landscape and digital strategy design with e.g. proposing implementation priorities in mid-term & long-term.IT coding capability is preferred.Other IT tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications

We deliver digital solutions that connect the departments in sales organization and manufacturing organization. To fulfil the needs of this role, you will need to display:

Bachelor degree above, studied in data science, information architecture, digital media or business managementAt least 3-5 years’ experience in data analytical skills and business analysisFamiliar with IT trend and very good at using IT toolsSales/marketing field working experience preferredFast understanding about business needs and challenges, and apply creative and logical approach identity digital solutionsAbility to work independently under fast paced, complex environmentGood team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindsetBe a strategic thinker and problem solver with strong interpersonal skills on excellent communication and collaborationWillingness to learn new knowledge, high adaptabilityGood presentation skills and proficient in English language, both spoken and writtenWillingness to travel
