The Senior Digital Support Strategy Program Manager is responsible for developing and influencing the long-term digital roadmap and driving the digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to oversee the implementation of innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience, optimize business processes, and ensure competitive advantage. This role involves partnering with stakeholders across AppleCare Digital and the larger AppleCare organization to develop and implement multi-year roadmaps and strategy for the digital organization, influencing key initiatives and the planning process, improving processes and operational efficiency, and keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Consulting, experience in driving innovation, solid understanding of Digital Systems and capabilities, and a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness in organizations.
