Salary: C£55,000- £60,000 base depending on experience

About the role
This role sits within the Digital Product Management and Innovation team, responsible for delivering expertise in consumer-facing brand websites, implementing technical changes, and maintaining process documentation in line with agreed SLAs and business needs.
You’ll deliver expertise to the UK on Business Application Platform tools, collaborating with global and third-party teams to deliver the most effective application solutions. This includes ensuring thorough testing, supporting their successful implementation and ongoing operation in a production system.
As part of a small and dynamic team, you’ll have the chance to work on multiple projects, offering a truly multi-faceted role that spans both technology and the wider HEINEKEN business.
So what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities:
Solution Design and Delivery
Craft detailed blueprints for innovative technology solutions. Ensure that solutions are built, configured and tested to meet business needs and standards. Lead as a Solution Lead, ensuring UI/UX designs are practical and impactful.Project and Resource Management
Recruit and manage resources to deliver projects seamlessly. Drive the adoption and smooth transition of solutions into production. Provide expert third-line support, keeping everything on track and within SLAs.Documentation and Governance
Ensure all solutions are backed by thorough, high-quality documentation. Maintain strict governance over project deliverables to ensure quality and alignment.Technical Mastery
Develop and mentor junior talent, sharing your technical expertise. Be the go-to expert for systems and applications in your domain.Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest technologies and best practices.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a technical problem solver with an analytical mind. You should bring a broad technical knowledge, backed by a minimum of 5 years’ overall experience in IT, and a passion for learning new technologies. You’ll also need experience in technical ownership for digital products, including architecture, estimation, product planning and requirement creation as well as being able to balance technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints.

Our ways of working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although but you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
We’re currently gearing up for an exciting move! In 2025, we’ll be relocating from our current location at Broadway Park (on the outskirts of Edinburgh) to a modern, flexible working space in the heart of the city centre.
The move to our new home at 6 St Andrew Square is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2025, subject to detailed planning and relevant approvals. The site will have great transport links and will be just a five minute walk from Waverley station.
