As a Senior Director of Business Development - SEA, you will play a pivotal role in driving client growth in the region and implementing the sales strategy for Epsilon’s AdTech business. You will leverage cutting-edge digital solutions and your strategic vision to secure new partnerships, deliver innovative solutions, and exceed revenue targets. By fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and positioning Epsilon as a trusted advisor, you will help clients achieve their objectives through personalized digital media solutions. Your expertise and proactive approach will ensure the successful acquisition of high-value clients, expansion into new markets, and the establishment of long-lasting partnerships. By leveraging your understanding of digital media, technology, and data solutions, you will deliver exceptional value to clients and contribute to Epsilon’s growth in the SEA region.
**What You’ll Achieve**
+ **Drive Sales Pipeline & Execution:** Lead the full sales cycle for Epsilon Digital Media Solutions, Yieldify, and Retail Media Solutions, from prospecting to deal closure.
+ **Client Relationship Management:** Build deep relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to align Epsilon’s solutions with client objectives.
+ **Revenue Targets:** Deliver quarterly and annual revenue goals by closing new contracts and ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with Client Services, Product, and Delivery teams.
+ **Market Penetration & Growth:** Secure high-value clients and drive significant growth by expanding into new markets in SEA and establishing strategic partnerships.
+ **Consultative Sales & Negotiation:** Apply business acumen to understand client needs, market trends, and offer tailored solutions. Negotiate and close contracts with senior decision-makers (e.g., CMOs/CIOs).
+ **Product & Market Expertise:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of Epsilon’s products and services, effectively communicating their value to stakeholders. Use your knowledge of digital media, technology, and data solutions to drive new client acquisition and retention.
**Who You Are**
+ **What You’ll Bring with You:**
+ Leadership Experience: Over 12-15 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth, particularly in the AdTech and MarTech industries.
+ Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated success in closing large sales deals through strategic planning, negotiation, and execution.
+ Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Media/Advertising sector in Southeast Asia, with significant experience in AdTech and Retail Media.
+ Consultative Approach: Proficiency in consultative sales approaches, strategic planning, and analytics to deliver tailored solutions.
+ Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional negotiation abilities and communication skills with the ability to manage complex sales processes.
+ Digital Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of digital media solutions and platforms, leveraging insights to drive business development and client success.
+ Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
