We are hiring a Senior Director, Business Planning in our Bloomington, MN corporate office. Lead the IBP process with precision to drive growth and profitability for our Consumer Brands Business Unit. This dynamic role fosters cross-functional collaboration and streamlines execution for sustainable success. Working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply teams, you’ll develop strategic plans that drive the business forward across all brands and categories. Responsibilities: + Strategic Coordination & Alignment: Bridge the Business Unit and Supply Chain to ensure seamless integration, collaboration, and timely execution of strategic objectives. Lead the IBP team to drive impactful results. + Demand Planning & Execution: Oversee demand forecasting and alignment with supply chain teams, ensuring market needs are met efficiently while balancing supply, inventory, and cost-effectiveness for the short and long term. Adapt plans proactively to market shifts. + Executive Alignment & Communication: Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, ensure cross-functional alignment, and establish clear, consistent communication for seamless execution. + Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth. + Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and implement innovative solutions to optimize performance and drive business success. + Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance agility, eliminate inefficiencies, and accelerate time to market. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred. + 10+ years of related experience (preferably in CPG or retail trade industry with End-to-End Supply experience and HQ strategy). + Strong analytical background with prior knowledge in demand planning programs and supply chain experience. + Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of transparency and continuous development. + Experience working with systems such Blue Yonder, SAP or ORI preferred. Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 annually with eligibility for a 35% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.Beyond base salary, we offer a competitive Total Rewards package focusing on your overall well-being.
