Manage and oversee vehicle scrap process. Manage and direct vendor surveillance. Manage and oversee Non-Fixed Equipment department including maintenance of non-fixed equipment assets (folk lifts, scrubbers, sweepers, etc.), manage staff engaged in maintenance of non-fixed equipment, procure new equipment, scrapping of equipment, and manage parts inventory. Education and Experience 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in Transportation Management or a satisfactory equivalent and twelve (12) years of full-time related experience, and at least seven (7) years of which must have been in a supervisory/managerial capacity; OR Other Information Pursuant to the New York State Public Officers Law & the MTA Code of Ethics, all employees who hold a policymaking position must file an Annual Statement of Financial Disclosure (FDS) with the NYS Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government (the “Commission”).
