We have an exciting opportunity for you! As Senior Director, Corporate Controller, you will report to SVP of Finance and play a key role in guiding and directing accounting/finance operations activities and decisions. You will have the opportunity to work and partner with teams across the global CFO organization to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
How you will make an impact:
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including HW/SW revenue recognition and general ledgers.Prepare financial statement analysis and present to CFO and accounting team.Ensure the integrity of all financial information is under USGAAP.Maintain an effective internal control environment. Establish, maintain, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.Collaborate with partners in and outside of finance to build scalable processes to support growth.Leverage technology to build scalable/sustainable processes to create efficiencies, streamline accounting operations and improve employee experience.Lead the annual financial audit and control audit.Establish strong relationships with intra-company peers and be the “go to” accounting source in the Company.

Accounting or FinanceCPA is requiredBig 4 experience is highly preferredSystem Skills10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience partnering with executive teams.Technical understanding of finance systems (SAP), Sox, USGAAP and Sec reporting.Strong working knowledge of accounting related processes including month end closing, inventory costing, manufacturing process, revenue recognition and reporting.Comfortable leading teams through ambiguity and being a champion of change.Proven record of mentoring and developing talents in a global environmentHigh emotional intelligence, ability to build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within and outside of financeExcellent written and oral communication skills, clear and precise in communication, tailor communication to the audienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adhere to tight deadlinesDetail-oriented and able to navigate large quantities of data.SAP, BPC, Oracle, Essbase Hyperion, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & WordBase Pay:
Expected Base Pay Range: $200,000 to $265,000 Annualized
The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
