Partner with other Cumming service line leaders and business development leaders to build a cohesive revenue growth strategy.Demonstrate senior level technical competence as an advisor to clients in cost and commercial management.Take accountability for profitability, labor productivity, and volume goals both projections and actuals of team, project, or regional assigned.Actively support and deliver new clients or extended client revenue streams.Collaborate with other service lines to provide our clients with a seamless service.Increase services to existing clientele by providing solutions to their issues and develop new revenue generating business.Develop strategies for the recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members to further enhance team performance.Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.Coordinate staff utilization.Prepare monthly backlog, utilization, forecast, and P&L reports.Collaborate with other department leadership to promote overall company growth and communication.Oversee and actively implement process improvements to the cost management service delivery for designated sector, office, or region assigned.Act as mentor to team. participates in leadership meetings with service line leads and in market. Education: BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Experience: 10 to 15 years in Cost & Commercial Management; 5+ years leading client expectations and managing a business unit
Preferred Certification: Professional accreditation – MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent
Work Environment: (Will this position work in an office environment or on an active Job Site? Will this position work in a quiet office or be required to wear PPE on a job site including hearing protection, hard hats, steel toe shoes etc.)
