Job Description Summary:

The Senior Director, Creative Strategy and Content provides thought leadership in marketing, creative strategy, and communication campaigns for global, regional, and local brands. Creates and delivers compelling retail experiences that resonate with our target audiences. Individual contributor leading project teams to achieve milestones and objectives while operating independently in a complex environment.

FOCUS, SCOPE AND IMPACT: 

Support the Senior Director in developing a vision and strategic direction for the category Work with creative, brand strategy and innovation resources to define brand vision, BVA, BBEI and translate brand vision into creative and shopper guidelines Lead the development of shopper strategies across 6 global HST brands.Work with our agency partners, taking the lead on all briefings, reviews and feedback to develop and deliver world class shopper execution Ensure that all creative work is on brand, on strategy and delivers towards agreed-upon KPIsUnderstand current and future business needs so that creative work can be developed to help achieve commercial outcomesSupport marketing transformation initiatives to unlock world class marketing organization Support overall engagement and inspiration of the global brand community Manage allocated budget

EXPERIENCE 

Significant marketing experience in roles related to creative design,  brand communication (6+ years)Direct experience managing creative processes  Experience collaborating with cross-functional / creative teams  Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders, including agency partnersAbility to effectively lead the execution of multi-channel and/or multi-market communication campaignsComfort with and understanding of consumer and business analyticsComfort with and understanding of human insightsComfort in assets and partnershipsComfort in business & commercial acumenTCCC experience strongly preferred


COMMUNICATION FOCUS

Role will require frequent communication with Global Category President, Global Marketing sub-functions, and OU Category Leads, as well as external communications with key agencies, potential partnersComfortable sharing innovative approach to brand, shopper development and building buy-in across key internal stakeholders

Pay Range:

$189,000 - $217,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
