Senior Director, Cyber Security and Risk Management

Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's cyber security and risk management strategies. This role will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and assess risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. They will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and technologies, and providing guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on security-related matters.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Establishes and maintains an enterprise information security program to ensure the protection of information assets and management of risk Responsible identifying, evaluating and reporting on information security risks in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements. Sets policies and standards that direct security functions to protect information technology systems, networks, applications, voice and data Provide guidance and support to business units on cyber security and risk management matters Stay current with emerging cyber security threats and trends, and recommend appropriate security measures Directs teams of technical, professional and management staff in the successful fulfillment of IT security system solutions delivery commitments. Knowledge, Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field 10+ years of experience in combination of risk management, information security and information technology Ability to understand business issues and articulate the business context of projects and processes to facilitate strategy, planning, and best practice sharing with senior business and IT executives, customers and industry leaders Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix management environment (as well as external vendors and service providers) to ensure that segregation and overlapping roles are identified and coordinated Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing cyber security programs and initiatives Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in cyber security and risk management Ability to effectively communicate complex cyber security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong understanding of emerging cyber security threats and trends

 

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$183,600.00 - $306,000.00
