We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! **Organization:** SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley **Position Overview:** Serve as the leader and champion of digital program planning and operations that enable Sutter Health's strategic initiatives, performance improvement goals, and overall efficiencies across the enterprise. Assists in planning, investing, executing, and measuring the activities and operations of the digital organization; coordinates assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies/vendors. Drives digital strategic planning, vendor management, project and portfolio management, enterprise architecture, organizational change management, performance management, digital finance and digital talent management. Serves as a cross-functional integrator (both within and outside of digital) and provides the leadership direction necessary for planning, implementation, and adoption of new technologies that result in cost-effective solutions, while assuring reliable integration into the Sutter Health technology eco-system. Responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of the entire system’s development lifecycle for enterprise applications, including both support services and implementations. Pay Range is $91.30 to $146.08 / hour. North Carolina Pay Range is $83.00 to $132.80 / hour. _The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
