Senior Director, Digital Solutions & Employee Productivity

Cornerstone is looking for a Director of IT Digital Solutions who will report to the Chief Digital and Information Officer and lead a global team for Digital Solutions, including ServiceNow, collaboration tools, custom and off-the-shelf employee productivity tools. This role will drive the digital solution strategy working with the IT Operations and business functions to ensure we have the right set of tools to enable employee productivity.  To succeed in this role, it will be necessary for you to have strong leadership skills with accountability, technical thought leadership and an inclination to drive clear business outcomes, a strong collaborative working style, bias towards execution, and clear communication skills that help explain technical concepts in a business-centric manner. We are looking for a hands-on leader that can accelerate the pace of our Enterprise Digital roadmap.

In this role, you will…

Drive innovation by exploring and implementing emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, RPA and Process automation to enhance business processes and outcomes. Promote a culture of innovation within the IT organization and across the broader enterprise, encouraging the exploration and adoption of innovative solutions. Lead the Digital Solutions team to help empower employees by providing frictionless, innovative, value-driven tools that provide an intuitive digital workplace experience Drive automations around onboarding/offboarding, collaboration tool implementation and stabilization, SharePoint strategy, document management / storage, intranet & search services; and orchestration of workflows for process optimization. Partner with IT leadership to define, implement and monitor SLA Management and tracking mechanisms. Manage ServiceNow and ITSM implementation and enhancements supporting all functions. Manage the intranet and enterprise mobile apps

You have what it takes if you have…

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, related discipline, or equivalent work experience; Master's degree is preferred. 12 + years of management experience building, coaching and leading teams. Recent experience and in-depth knowledge of employee productivity tools. Familiarity and work with Enterprise Gen AI roll outs or use cases is highly desirable. Experience with several of these tools: Okta, SailPoint, Slack Enterprise, ServiceNow, Office 365, Adobe Suite, JIRA, Smartsheet and Lucid Chart. Experience building and managing CMDB (Servicenow or others) Excellent communication and presentations skills at all levels including executive management. Demonstrable ability to communicate complex concepts and innovative ideas compellingly to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong sense of ownership and accountability, a self-starter. Experience working in high-growth, high-velocity and matrixed organizations. Expertise in building diverse teams with deep familiarity on emerging IT technologies and practices Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and good judgment. Consideration for privacy and security obligations. Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
