ABOUT YOU:
Join Jostens as the Senior Director, Emerging Products (Mascot Shop) and where you will spearhead the growth and strategic execution of this high-potential business unit. Your mission is to drive profitable new business expansion, enhance brand visibility, and optimize customer engagement and retention. You will lead the team in developing innovative solutions, refining the e-commerce experience, and ensuring operational excellence while scaling this business for long-term, sustainable success.

YOU HAVE:
+ Extensive Leadership & Sales Experience. 15+ years of experience in sales management, procurement, e-commerce, or related fields, including senior leadership roles with P&L responsibility. Experience in educational sales or selling to schools and families and have led a large remote sales team.
+ E-Commerce & Digital Strategy Expertise. 5+ years of leadership experience within top-tier e-commerce or strategic sourcing organizations (Chewy, Amazon, Walmart, or similar).
+ Entrepreneurial Mindset. A track record of successfully launching and scaling new business units, with a “hunter” mentality focused on aggressive new customer acquisition. Background in a consultative, program-oriented sales environment.
+ Financial & Business Acumen. Strong ability to develop and execute multi-year growth plans, manage P&L performance, and drive EBITDA expansion through sales strategies.
+ Data-Driven Decision Making. Experience leveraging analytics to identify market trends, forecast future sales, and drive profitable revenue growth.
+ E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth. Proven ability to lead digital marketplace expansion, optimize customer journeys, and execute go-to-market strategies. Strategic Storytelling and Business Influence. Skilled at pitching new business, securing large-profile customers, and influencing senior leadership, investors, and stakeholders.
+ Change Leadership & Business Transformation. Ability to drive cultural change, build high-performing teams, and influence new ways of thinking and executing.
+ Technology & Digital Fluency. Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking tools, with experience implementing digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, social media, and affiliate channels.
+ Education. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Preferred. MBA or advanced degree.
YOU WILL:
+ Drive Profitable Sales Growth. Drive aggressive new school acquisitions, revenue expansion, and aggressive sales growth initiatives in both B2B and B2C channels. Lead sales planning, forecasting, compensation strategies, and operational execution.
+ Scale & Optimize E-Commerce Strategy. Own and execute the online business go-to-market strategy, ensuring seamless digital execution, marketplace expansion, and customer acquisition. Leverage analytics to optimize sales funnels, improve conversion rates, and drive sustained e-commerce growth.
+ Shape the Future of Mascot Shop. Define and execute a long-term growth strategy, leveraging market insights and innovation to expand market share.
+ Lead High-Performance Teams. Build and mentor a results-driven team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and execution.
+ Manage P&L & Operational Excellence. Develop and execute strategic financial plans, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment with growth objectives.
+ Drive Organizational Change & Influence Key Stakeholders. Lead business transformation initiatives, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and secure executive & investor buy-in.
+ Travel. 30% expected overnight travel.
