Job Description Summary:

As the Sr. Director of Enabling Process Technology, you will build and lead the implementation of a fit-for-purpose capability for enabling process technologies, ensuring their effective utilization across the organization as we advance through innovation initiatives in our various categories. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in preparing and deploying appropriate technologies that enable optimized and competitively advantaged processes for TCCC. You will collaborate closely with Global Category teams, Global Supply Chain, CPS, Bottlers, and the Research-to-Experimentation group.

Your role is pivotal in driving technological initiatives, building capabilities, and overseeing the evolution of processes involving technologies such as aseptic technology, thermal processing, membrane filtration, mixing and blending of dry ingredients, continuous mixing, and other methods that have a proven record of enhancing food safety, quality, and efficiency.

In this capacity, you will align process technology strategies with innovation projects, support team members through comprehensive capability building programs, oversee the adoption of technologies in operational processes, troubleshoot technology-related issues, and evaluate the effectiveness of technology integration. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our process technology-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage Network:

Work closely with the global Categories, regional GD&I Centers and the global Process Technology team to implement and align technology strategies within innovation projects.Establish and maintain an extended Network with Global Supply Chain, CPS, Bottlers and the Research-to-Experimentation group.Develop and execute plans to integrate enabling technologies into manufacturing processes.

Support Capability Building Program:

Design and implement capability building programs to equip team members of the Network with the necessary skills for improving the use of enabling technologies.Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Oversight of Technology Adoption:

Oversee the seamless adoption and integration of process technologies across operational processes.Ensure that technology implementations meet the organization's quality and efficiency standards.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Address technology-related issues and provide technical support to resolve them promptly.Implement proactive measures to minimize disruptions caused by technology failures.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of technology integration within the organization.Provide recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technology implementation and operationalization roles, preferably within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.Proven track record of managing technology projects and initiatives.Skills:Strong understanding of enabling technologies for the food industry.Excellent project management and execution capabilities.Analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess the impact and effectiveness of enabling technologies implementation.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Proficiency in both technical and business languages for effective communication.Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Pay Range:

$176,000 - $199,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
