Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of strategy and operations for Oracle EBS 12.x at Beyond, Inc.Manage the ERP team including Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, DBA’s and System Administrators in an onshore / offshore model comprised of FTEs and vendor personnel.Plan and lead Oracle EBS upgrades/patches and major projects.Provide functional and technical leadershipCollaborate cross functionally across business and technology teams to scope and plan projectsManage the support of day-to-day operations to deliver high availability and meet or exceed SLAs.Formulate the technology vision and roadmap for the ERP PlatformProvide responsive support and constructive guidance to the FP&A and Accounting teams to meet operational objectives and drive process improvements and efficiency.Support the accounting close and financial planning cycles.Create and maintain documentation for the Oracle EBS application and OCI platform.Ensure compliance with SOX/Audit processes and procedures per corporate policy.Drive innovation and efficiency through the adoption of modern technology and Oracle best practicesManage development sprints to completionReview/approve changes to ProductionEnforce the change control process.Manage department budget and spend.Review and approve vendor SOWsExperience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology10+ years of experience leading teams in an onshore/offshore delivery model10+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) – IaaS/PaaSDemonstrated track record of project deliveryUnderstanding of Oracle AIM Methodology and Oracle best practicesTrack record of adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley and audit complianceEffective project management, process planning and implementation skillsAbility to negotiate with vendors and critically evaluate SOWsVisionary mindset that can identify improvement opportunities and crystalize them into tangible resultsProficient in agile and waterfall project managementAbility to lead team meetings, sprints, and collaborate with leaders effectively across the enterpriseExperience hiring and leading diverse teamsBase Pay Range:
$185,000 - $205,000 per year DOE
