We are looking for a Senior Director, Field Marketing, who is passionate about hiring, growing and leading a talented team of marketing professionals to drive pipeline and growth revenue for the China market. In this role you will own the pipeline that will generate revenue growth for this market in alignment with sales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As the marketing leader for China you will define the marketing strategy, identifying clear requirements for your market, ensuring strong alignment with sales and between the teams. You will leverage global resources, campaigns and tools to plan, execute and measure all marketing activities. You will manage marketing budget and program performance to ensure achievement of business targets.
You will build the partner marketing strategy, leveraging the partner ecosystem and developing joint marketing plans with cloud providers, technology partners, regional SI and GSI.
You will support ABM initiatives to develop largest accounts and penetrate key industries and lines of business with relevant content and tactics.
You will report to the VP, Field Marketing and partner with sales leadership to develop aligned goals. You will collaborate with PR/AR, product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations and SDR to drive key campaigns for your market promoting cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment.
You will be responsible for driving a data-driven culture across the team, tracking pipeline results and monitoring performance.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
18+ years of proven marketing experience and leadership, ideally in the technology industry.
We are looking for a talented marketer and experienced leader who has a proven track record of successfully building and leading field marketing teams and strong background working in a fast-growing environment.
You have a strong marketing experience to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales pipeline goals, executing demand generation, digital and in-person events, content marketing, public and analyst relations, digital marketing, and thought leadership campaigns.
You have excellent leadership and influencing skills with executives and across all departments.
You are experienced with customers, senior executives and business partners.
You show outstanding written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Chinese.
You have a data-driven mindset focusing on setting goals, measuring performance, and having an impact on the business.
You are results oriented, problem solver with a strong sense of urgency with proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
