Senior Director, Finance- GlobalView

Learn more about DEI at ADP on our YouTube channel: http://adp.careers/DEI\_Videos **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Business Partnering** + Oversee all financial aspects of GlobalView Americas including current and future performance, identification and realization of opportunities and risks. + Support the BU leaders in formulating and executing on strategy to drive growth and achieve business objectivesProvides advice and counsel to the leadership team on interpretation of operating results and trends. + Maintains awareness of general economic, business and financial conditions and their potential impact on policies and operations; communicates and recommends measures to capitalize on or protect the business from these changing conditions. + Develops key process indicators and other quantifiable measurement tools to track results of business activities and regularly reports to management. + Assists management in understanding the business dynamics which includes relationships, model, trends, leading indicators and business statistics **Strat Planning and Initiatives, Operating Plan and Forecasting** + Take the lead on key financial processes such as operating plans, financial reviews and provide input into the strategic planning processes + Work with the BU leaders to develop appropriate staffing levels, productivity metrics to reach overall business objectivesTo provide input into the strategic planning cycles with respect to functional / department impact **Management Reporting, Financial Close and Control Activities** + Ensure compliance with all ADP financial policies across the BUs ensuring accurate reporting and communication of financial information and messaging. + Build and manage relationships with supporting matrix finance teams including accounting, DSO and OTCInfluence and drive simplification and process improvements to the financial reporting and financial management process in line with GloabalView finance transformation initiatives + Provide technical and analytical expertise and drive improvements in the quality and reliability of financial information. **Team Management** + 1 Direct Report + Matrix environment, leveraging CoE **QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:** + 12+ years of relevant Finance Business Partnering and/or FP&A experience + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent + Experience influencing in a matrix environment + Microsoft Office skills essential, advanced level in Excel and Databases. + Must be able to demonstrate the following competencies + Innovation and problem solving + Solution focused + Financial and commercial awareness + Communication and influencing + Teamwork and co-operation + Results orientation + Flexibility and organizational commitment + Service Orientation \#LI-AF1 **Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP:** ADP is committed to an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace, and is further committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of any protected characteristic including: race, color, genetic information, creed, national origin, religion, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lawful alien status, ancestry, age, marital status, protected veteran status or disability.
