Senior Director, Forensics

Responsibilities:
+ Design, craft and deliver client proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
+ Participate in public speaking events, conferences, seminars, marketing events and client meetings.
+ Work with clients, fraud examiners, internal and external auditors, lawyers and regulatory authorities in sometimes sensitive and adversarial situations
+ Conduct forensic investigations, fraud risk assessments, forensic accounting assignments, compliance reviews, forensic audits, background searches, asset searches, fund tracing, electronic data reviews
+ Prepare engagement work plans, working papers, project documentation, progress reports, draft and final reports to the highest level of quality
+ Support, lead and manage work of assignment team comprised of internal and external experts in close, intermittent and distant collaboration modes
+ Plan, manage and control budgets on investigations engagements
+ Monitor and manage risks throughout the engagement cycle. Adhere to the strictest standards of client and engagement confidentiality
+ Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction. Serve as consultant to attorneys
+ Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews
+ Internal networking
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
+ Work experience in Audit gained in forensic services specialized firms
+ Proven track record of working on investigations, compliance risk assessments, forensic audits, disputes support or expert witness
+ Certification and ongoing professional education in fraud examination related area
+ Ability to research, retrieve, prepare and analyze structured and unstructured information
+ First class report writing, communication and presentation skills
+ Computer, data and/or communication systems proficiency
+ Fluent English and one of the following Russian, Arabic, German or Chinese
+ Agility, vigilance and drive
+ Open, inquisitive and critical mind
+ Excellent analytical rigor
