What You'll Do

You will lead the Global Cloud Compliance organization, responsible for driving Cloud Risk Strategy and Compliance for Cisco, with a primary goal to implement security aligned, efficient and effective compliance outcomes across Cisco. You will help Cisco business units (BUs)/business entities (BEs) accelerate product certifications and regulatory compliance for maximum market access by helping to create and deliver security services from across Security & Trust. Driving use of AI and automation will be a key objective across this function. The GCC organization is the Center of Excellence for the Cloud Compliance Framework (CCF) and our approach to ISO, SOC2 and other national specific certifications like IRAP, ENS and ISMAP. The GCC plays a central role in driving and maintaining compliance with US public sector for FedRAMP, CMMC, StateRAMP, and the Secure Software Development Framework (SSDF) Attestation. Driving acceleration and continuous improvement for product certifications, through common processes and tools that standardize and manage compliance for Cisco in a consistent and predictable way is critical.

Strong collaboration skills are needed due to the broad and expansive nature of Cisco’s product portfolio. Ensuring our strategy is applied to every product Cisco delivers requires partnership with each Engineering leadership and product team. Understanding and alignment to Sales is crucial. The GCC leader must have a proven track record of driving adoption through influence and multi-functional collaboration to ensure the standards set centrally are adopted and embedded across the business. World-class support and services to our engineering and sales partners will be critical for this role and close collaboration with Cisco stakeholders to help drive innovation and new solutions is essential.

Pay Range: 237100 USD - 289700 USD
