**JOB SUMMARY**
The HR Technology organization is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and lifecycle management of global HR systems and analytics solutions. The Senior Director of HR Technology manages a capability group responsible for building, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing HR applications throughout their lifecycle. This work is guided by business priorities and objectives, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements. The role carries strategic responsibility for the performance, efficiency, and leadership of global teams, delivering high-quality, robust, and scalable HR technology solutions. The position involves managing stakeholders, communicating with technology partners, and contributing to strategic planning by translating leadership's vision into actionable KPIs and OKRs.
**Leadership and Management Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee global HRIS department activities that optimize the value, cost, and risk of HR applications enabling key business capabilities
+ Provide leadership in HR technology transformation, process optimization, and system implementations
+ Work with executive leadership to develop overall HR technology strategy aligned with business priorities
+ Develop productive relationships with HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Accounting, and Finance leaders to maximize value of related systems
+ Lead technology teams following Agile methodologies to deliver faster, higher-quality capabilities
+ Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and system integrations with internal and external partners
+ Drive change management initiatives for policies, procedures, and systems
+ Manage global team development, addressing skills gaps and building recruiting capabilities
+ Conduct stakeholder satisfaction surveys and implement action plans for improvement
+ Manage capabilities around security access and roles associated with various HR systems.
**CAPABILITY GOVERNANCE, STRATEGY, AND DELIVERY**
Primary responsibilities include:
+ Oversee technical and business fitness assessments of the HR technology portfolio
+ Facilitate governance processes for HR systems initiatives
+ Define and execute strategic roadmaps for HR technology transformation
+ Lead end-to-end HR process management in Merger & Acquisitions
+ Ensure data integrity, quality, and SOX compliance across HR systems
+ Oversee implementation and management of core HR systems including:
+ HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors,)
+ Talent Acquisition Systems
+ Learning Management Systems
+ Performance & Succession Planning
+ Compensation Management
+ HR Service Delivery platforms
+ Drive analytics and reporting strategies using tools like Tableau and PowerBI
+ Develop and maintain robust data analysis solutions and dynamic dashboards
+ Ensure system security and data protection compliance
**REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
+ 10+ years of experience in Global HR technology management and analytics
+ Proven track record of successful enterprise-wide HR system implementations
+ Extensive experience with major HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP)
+ Strong background in HR analytics and business intelligence
+ Experience leading M&A technology integration initiatives
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field
+ Professional certifications in HR Technology (HRIP) preferred
+ Experience managing teams of 10+ professionals
