Job Summary

This role ensures the success and satisfaction of our valued customers while fostering meaningful relationships within our healthcare system and the medical community across the globe.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, create important content, and ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the company's mission and values.
-Drive engagement and understanding among internal stakeholders regarding program updates, success stories, and industry developments.
-Collaborate with internal teams to organize and promote educational and scientific events, ensuring their effectiveness in promoting clinical excellence and fostering collaboration among healthcare providers and subject matter experts. <
-Proactively help build field teams and nurture relationships with medical providers, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations within Canada, Bermuda, and LATAM regions.
-Collaborate with the business development and operations teams to negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
-Facilitates collaboration across various teams internal to the International Patient Services department in close coordination with hospital-based operations.
-Oversees the department’s relationship with other key groups within the MGB System.
-Supports MGB-wide initiatives for cross-entity collaborations, building relationships and trust inter-organizationally at both the MGB and hospital levels, and developing collaboration standards and best practices.


 

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Management required.

Business Development, Sales and or Communications preferred


Experience

Experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry, preferably in an international setting 8-10+ years required

Judgment: Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making capabilities; knows when and to whom to escalate problems as needed.
