The Senior Director, Global Marketing Hemophilia A will be responsible for the development and execution of global marketing initiatives to support best-in-class launches of ALTUVIIIO globally
This role will be highly cross functional and will have direct interface with global brand team, senior leadership, affiliate marketing, agency partners and all relevant internal Cross-Functional Team Members.
The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently, with a strong execution focus and a global mindset. This role will be based in Cambridge and will report into the Global Head, Hemophilia.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a global HCP marketing strategy for fitusiran
Base strategies on customer insights and align with product positioning, overall strategies, and goals.
Develop effective, clinically supported communication strategies in collaboration with cross-functional partners and country teams.
Develop core messaging and creative campaigns.
Lead the development, approval, and implementation of HCP marketing tactics across various channels
Lead Marketing Council. Work closely with regional/country teams to ensure consistent global messaging and effective local implementation.
Define content editorial planning and implement specific marketing initiatives, based on emerging data and real-world evidence.
Coordinate interactions with marketing team of alliance partner and serve as chair of JCC.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives.
Adapt marketing strategies and tactics based on new data, market changes, customer feedback and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Ensure promotional activities are in compliance with guidelines and regulations.
About You
A seasoned and well-rounded leader with at least 10 years of demonstrated success in a variety of commercial roles of progressively greater scope and responsibility
Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
Demonstrated success working collaboratively across functions, cultures, and countries
Country marketing experience- including US
Sales experience
Experience managing an advertising agency and related budgets
Ability to interact widely and effectively within the company and with alliance partner
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strategic thinking and prioritizing capacity
Strong project management skills
Ability to cooperate transversally
Customer focus
Results driven with a strength in transversal cooperation and a strong influencer.
