The COO office is a critical function within Salesforce, being at the center of the Strategy & Operations of the business with the objectives to drive profitable growth at scale and to look at holistically our business across all dimensions to bring pro-active insights and recommendations to our most senior leaders, truly becoming the trusted advisor of the Leadership Team.
Some of the main topics covered are setting strategic business priorities to drive profitable growth, building and implementing long term GTM strategies, setting best-in class operational processes, systems and tools, owning cross-functional transformational projects end to end and driving change management processes to transform and scale the business in a standard way across countries, segments and clouds.
We are looking for a leader to act as a trusted business partner to the France ELT, driving key projects end to end. The role will encompass supporting the CEO France on their strategic operations, which will include GTM design, sales cadence execution, cross-functional alignment with other key functions in France and strategic projects. The selected candidate will be part of the EMEA COO leadership team and will manage and develop a team of highly talented Strategy Analysts, Associates and Consultants.
This strategy leader will embrace the challenges of operating in a complex matrix environment, driving alignment and building relationships with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales Programs, Enablement, BVS, Finance, Employee Success, etc.), regional peers and HQ functional leaders:
