We are looking for a Senior Director of People to join our team at Fairstead to spearhead the development of our people and talent organization. You will work closely with executives and leaders across the organization to develop and execute forward-thinking people strategies that align with our overall mission and goals. Your ability to think strategically and innovate will be important in creating a holistic approach to the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. You are especially adept at leading and supporting organizations to and through major milestones and cultivating a successful culture. You have robust knowledge and a strong point of view on how to advise and mentor a leadership team.  Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the entire People Team and influence each team member across the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

Build + nurture a high-performing people team across different stages in the business and champion when and where we invest as the company grows.Develop and implement a      comprehensive philosophy and framework for setting, tracking, and      evaluating performance metrics aligned with the company's strategic goals.Use data-driven insights to guide      talent management strategies, including hiring, training, and development      initiatives.Develop and execute strategies to      attract top talent and showcase a clear understanding of recruiting best      practices to build high-performing teams.Establish robust foundations,      systems, and processes for a data-driven people and talent function,      fostering a culture of accountability and measurable results.Partner with executives and      leaders across all departments to deliver strategic workforce planning and      ensure alignment between people strategies and business objectives.


 


 

Requirements


Experience across all core      consultative and administrative areas of HR, including Organizational      Capability and Planning, Talent Management, Compensation, and Total      Rewards and InfrastructureExperience leading a team of HR      professionalsProven track record of building      and coaching leaders at all levels of an organization.Experience in building and      maintaining a thriving cultureProcess-oriented mindset with the      ability to develop and lead end-to-end processes that drive results.Innovative strategic thinking and      the ability to anticipate future needs and opportunities.Strong data-driven      decision-making skills and a results-oriented approach.High emotional intelligence and      the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
