We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to oversee the Human Resources strategy and operations across our fast-growing EMEA and India regions. This role is critical to building a high performing and engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with diverse local regulations. 

Partner with business leaders across EMEA and India to shape and execute people strategies that enable growth and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions. Mentor and develop HR teams across EMEA and India. Drive automation and efficiency projects. Manage regional HR budgets and resources effectively. 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with significant exposure to both EMEA and India.Proven track record in scaling HR functions in multinational organizations.Strong knowledge of regional labor laws, employment practices, and HR trends.Experience leading through change and driving organizational transformation.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, law or related field.
