JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Senior Director of Marketing Technology, you will spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge marketing technology strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Your role focuses on leveraging technology to optimize our marketing efforts and improve the consumer experience across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market dynamics.Lead the integration and utilization of marketing technologies such as CRM systems, data analytics platforms, content management, commerce solutions and digital marketing tools.Oversee the marketing technology team, providing guidance, and mentorship while fostering an environment of innovation and high performance.Collaborate with Driven Brands line-of-business leaders, IT, sales, and marketing departments to ensure a seamless flow of data and consistent customer experiences.Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that contracts and performance metrics meet the strategic needs of the business.Stay abreast of new trends and technologies in the marketing tech landscape, recommending and driving adoption of innovations that can provide competitive advantage.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system adoption rates, campaign ROI, and customer engagement levels to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on marketing technologies in a leadership role.Experience executing strategic customer journey mapping within consumer facing website propertiesProven track record of implementing successful marketing technology strategies and solutions.Strong understanding of CRM systems, CDP, data management platforms, and digital marketing tools.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with different departments and stakeholders.Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Adaptability and flexibility to manage shifting priorities and challenges in a fast-paced environment.

$7.25 - $306,600.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
