The Senior Director of Oracle Health Partner/Reseller Strategy is responsible for:
Building long-term, strategic relationships with the partner ecosystem, including global recruitment and assessment of the new strategic product partners Partner success management of the existing 3P resellers portfolio, with a focus on strategic assessment, commercials, go forward plans and operational engagement Development of business plans for all partners and administration of QBR's aligned to mutual goals Partnership with product management and executive leadership to assess areas where 3P product partnerships are required Managing a team of Partner Success Managers Alignment with Oracle's OPN leadership and business practices teams on initiatives and Oracle standards Establishing 3P operational procedures e.g. partner intake, partner ongoing success management process Close alignment with direct sales organization driving programs to achieve mutual goalsThe Senior Director will lead the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives around Oracle Health 3P eco-system. You will regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. This person will have the ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in a cross functional setting is important.
In this role, you will help facilitate the development of strategic, GTM business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. You will work with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. In scope will be to develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards as well as monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Finally, you will establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
